We visit the site and take accurate measurements.
We explore different layout and zoning options based on the purpose of the space, your practical needs and the specific requirements of the project.
We present the initial design direction, then discuss and refine it together with you.
We develop the interior design in detail and present it through photorealistic 3D visualisations. These show how the future space will look, including materials, colours, lighting and furniture.
We make adjustments where needed and refine the details until we reach a shared vision for the project.
We prepare technical drawings for electrical and plumbing systems, demolition and new walls, ceilings, flooring, lighting and custom furniture. We also provide the necessary specifications and material quantities.
We create a list of the planned materials, furniture, lighting and equipment. We collect and compare quotes from contractors and suppliers and prepare an initial cost estimate. This helps keep the planned work in line with the agreed budget.
Once the design is ready, we move on to the implementation stage, making sure the finished space stays true to the approved concept.
We coordinate contractors, follow key stages of the work and provide design supervision according to the agreed scope of services. If questions or changes arise, we discuss them promptly and find suitable solutions while keeping the project consistent.
