Apartment Lotus in Blagoevgrad is an interior concept designed for a new residential building. We developed it for a real estate investor, with the goal to highlight the property’s most striking features through a high-end interior that captivates potential buyers. The design emphasizes the architectural qualities of the home, promising a lifestyle that seamlessly blends sophistication with comfort.
Located on the top floor, the apartment features a spacious terrace that acts as a natural extension of the interior, evolving into an outdoor sanctuary. We envisioned this terrace as a peaceful urban retreat. A lush garden with dedicated areas for relaxation and social gatherings. An elegant pergola adds character to the space, casting soft, dynamic shadows throughout the day.
Our focus was on creating a serene atmosphere through soft, organic shapes and warm textures. We aimed to achieve a premium feel without excess. A modern interpretation of luxury defined by quality, comfort, and visual harmony.
We drew inspiration from the interplay between natural light and the organic forms found in nature. Our vision centered on fluid lines, rounded furniture silhouettes, and seamless spatial transitions. The mood board was a combination of quality materials such as marble, brass, walnut décor and a gentle beige-brown palette. The goal was to create a timeless atmosphere that feels both elevated and inviting.

Our goal was to make the interior intuitive and easy to inhabit. A place where movement feels natural and comfort comes effortlessly. We organized each zone to highlight the apartment’s key selling points. Generous proportions, natural light, and direct access to outdoor area. In terms of practical design, we also aimed to ensure that the space could accommodate various living scenarios. From quiet evenings to lively gatherings, without sacrificing their refined atmosphere.
We brought the Lotus concept to life by mixing smooth shapes with high-quality materials. Curved ceilings and rounded furniture make the space feel flowy and harmonious. We balanced the shiny marble floors with matte furniture, while walnut wood and brass details add a touch of class.
Inspired by the client’s love for greenery, we used plants to connect the inside with the outside. The terrace extends the interior’s calm aesthetic outdoors. Framed by vegetation and natural light, it becomes a continuation of the living space. The result is a refined yet welcoming home, where every detail contributes to a sense of style and sophistication.
