About the project
This project was developed for a newly built apartment in Sofia. The client tasked us with creating a calm, minimal space that feels refined yet comfortable. The idea was to achieve an interior defined by balance — modern, understated, and leaving a clean, confident impression. Our goal was to shape a home where design is felt through proportion, material quality, and light.
Design approach
The design process focused on achieving harmony through simplicity. We aimed to express character using minimal means — thoughtful geometry, warm neutral tones, and the interplay of matte and glossy finishes. Rather than relying on ornamentation, the intention was to let the space itself communicate elegance. Geometry and rhythm guided our choices, from the place-ment of lighting to the selection of surfaces, creating a sense of visual continuity and calm order.
Functional Strategy
Functionality was approached with clarity and restraint. Every zone was planned to serve its purpose efficiently, with circulation kept open and intuitive. The furniture layout was considered to maintain spaciousness, while built-in storage supports a clean, organized environment. The overall goal was to combine practicality and ease of use within a minimal com-position that feels balanced and comfortable for everyday living.
How we did it
Light oak flooring, beige walls, and touches of polished marble define the interior’s visual identity. The restrained palette brings warmth without distraction, while ge-ometric lighting emphasizes the natural forms Soft textures, smooth finishes, and tasteful metallic accents enhance the quiet sense of luxury. The result is a home that reflects thoughtful simplicity — minimal, composed, and deeply comfortable.
